FABS offers short duration Competencies Augmentation Programmes (CAPs) to impart managerial, leadership and entrepreneurial competencies either for existing employees or for induction and orientation of fresh recruits to improve their job performance in functional areas of management, including procurement, production, processing, product design, development, marketing, sales, distribution and financial management. These short duration programmes are usually conducted over one to three weeks duration, often dovetailed to cater to the needs of specific businesses and are focused on enhancing effectiveness and efficiency in job through performance excellence.
