This Certificate Program aims to impart transformation education for Sustainable Enterprises: Design, Governance,Management and focus is on performance excellence aspects. Sustainable Enterprises have become central to the endeavours of sustainable development and achievement of triple P bottom line goals of Profit (Economy), Planet (Ecology), and Equity (People). It is recognised that unleashing entrepreneurial competencies of people and encourage development of sustainable enterprises is vital to usher in socio-economic, political, ecological and technology transformations necessary for achieving sustainable development goals. Development of new generation sustainable enterprises, including private, collective, social and public enterprises, contribute towards market expansion and employment generation in an eco-system conducive or emergence of start-up enterprises and supportive environment for their growth and sustainability. CP-SE: DGM aiming assists to enhance business know-how, entrepreneurial,managerial and leadership competencies of participants. The preferred participants for the CP-SE:DGM should be a graduate, aspiring to set-up a startup or transform into sustainable enterprises pursuing triple P bottom line goals and aspire to either to become an entrepreneur by setting a startup or reviving an existing enterprise; or become a social entrepreneur by setting up a social enterprise; or Set-up/ strengthen collective enterprises: FPOs, Coops, Producer Companies ; or Build on the legacy of family business enterprises.
