Assistant Professor

Dr. Anjaly B is an Assistant Professor and researcher specializing in international finance, and macroeconomics. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Sagar Group of Institutions – Food & Agri Business School (FABS) and also holds a Visiting Professorship at WSG University. Previously, she held academic and research positions at Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP) as an Assistant Professor and at the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) as a Research Associate. During her tenure at NISM, she contributed to impactful policy research and collaborated with prestigious institutions, including the London School of Economics. Dr. Anjaly holds a Ph.D. in International Finance from Pondicherry Central University. Her doctoral thesis, titled “Exchange Rate Dynamics in India & BRICS Countries: A Study of Central Bank Intervention, Exchange Rate Determination and Prediction”, was awarded Best Thesis at an international conference organized by the Indian Institute of Finance, New Delhi. A recipient of the UGC-NET and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), she has presented her work at leading academic forums, including the ISA Global South Caucus and the IIMA Finance Conference. Her research is published in reputable journals such as Finance India and International Economics and Economic Policy. Her ongoing research focuses on monetary spillovers and financial markets.
